Conference Sponsorships
In January 2018, ITEA and DEPS combined two long running events and focused the Joint theme on how test and evaluation could or should be involved in the DoD
trend to focus significant energy on prototyping and experimentation. Your sponsorship helps defer the cost of the Conference and supports the scholarship
fund which assists deserving students and schools in their pursuit of academic disciplines related to the test and evaluation profession. Conference sponsorship
and related benefits will become effective on receipt of payment.
All Conference Sponsorships provide the following recognition:
- On the ITEA and DEPS website- Your logo and a hyperlink to your Website posted on Conference event page.
- On signage throughout the Conference and Exhibit Space
- In all Conference Collateral Materials
- In the Conference Program Guide
- In the December Issue of The ITEA Journal of Test and Evaluation
Premium Sponsorship Levels
- Platinum Level Conference Sponsorship - $2,500
- Additional recognition as a Platinum Sponsor - Your Company's logo will be placed on the hotel room key cards that will be given to all Conference attendees staying at the host hotel.
- Two (2) Complimentary Conference Registrations. Note: Tutorial registration is separate and not included.
- Gold Level Conference Sponsorship - $1,000
- One (1) Complimentary Conference Registration. Note: Tutorial registration is separate and not included.
- Silver Level Conference Sponsorship - $500
- Bronze Level Conference Sponsorship - $250
- Available only for Small Organizations with under 50 employees.
