The HPM Systems Workshop assembled scientists and engineers interested in High Power Microwave (HPM) systems. The objectives of the workshop were to: 1)

inform the community of planned and ongoing HPM systems development, demonstrations, and military utility assessments, 2) highlight potential HPM systems applications, 3) identify barriers to the successful fielding of HPM weapon systems.
