Exhibits, Hosting Opportunities, and Hospitality Suites
The 2024 Annual Directed Energy Science and Technology Symposium, to be held in Colorado Springs, Colorado
on 20-24 May 2024, will provide an opportunity for your organization to exhibit, host a catered event,
and/or obtain a hospitality suite for the week. This page describes these opportunities and provides
details on submitting an application.
Exhibits
All exhibit spaces have been sold. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for any possible
cancellations, please contact Cynnamon Spain at cynnamon@deps.org or call
505-998-4910. You might also accomplish some of your exhibit goals by hosting a
catered event (see below).
Exhibit fees include two complimentary registrations: one full event registration and one exhibit-only registration.
A full registration allows the staff to attend all technical sessions. Exhibit-only registrations include all catering Tuesday
through Thursday, from breaks to receptions, but does not include attendance at any technical or plenary sessions,
proceedings, or other benefits of attendance.

Additional exhibit-only registrations can be purchased according to the fee matrix to the right, which
covers the costs of catering for the event. In addition, the complimentary exhibit-only registration can
be upgraded to a full event registration for a cost of $725.
If you've already submitted an exhibit application, your exhibit staff
can register using this Exhibit Staff Registration form.
Note that any additional exhibit staff desiring a full event registration must register using
Symposium registration form and
pay full price.
Note that exhibit
staff requesting full registrations must meet the same security requirements as event registrants.

Event Hosting Opportunities
Corporations may also consider hosting a sponsored event at the Symposium. All hosts receive recognition
on our website and in the conference programs. In addition, during the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing
the host and napkins with the host's corporate logo are used. Reception hosts also receive
verbal recognition of their contribution. Host opportunities are as follows:
- Breakfasts: $2000 each (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
- Lunches: $3500 each (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Exhibitors Welcome Reception (Tuesday Evening): $4500 - Light Hors d'oeuvres
All host opportunities are available on a first come, first served basis.

Hospitality Suites
Hospitality suites will be available at the Symposium hotel
during the Annual Symposium. A suite must be purchased for the entire time (i.e., Monday - Thursday
nights) and runs $2500 for the four nights. Check in Monday and check out Friday. This price is for room
only, king bed included -- all other expenses must be arranged with the hotel.
Three suites are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
