Attendance Information
Registration for the virtual Joint Conference on T&E Support to Prototyping and Experimentation is open to anyone with an interest in the subject matter
of the Conference.
Some conference sessions and short courses may be limited to registrants who are employees
of the U.S. Government or its contractors. The conference will be held online, 1-4 February 2021.

Virtual registration fees include participation in all Conference sessions for which the attendee qualifies; access to the virtual exhibition hall, and a copy of the proceedings.
Virtual short course registrations include student course materials and a certificate of completion with accompanying CEU credits.

Security
Attendance Requirements
The virtual 2021 Joint Conference on T&E Support to Prototyping and Experimentation will be composed of open and limited distribution sessions. Attendees will be required to check-in to the security check-in desk/ lobby daily, with additional access links being provided upon verification.
Note that some of the unclassified sessions will be held at Distribution C and D levels, which restricts participation to U.S. citizens who are employees of the U.S. Federal Government or its contractors (Dist C), or employees of the Department of Defense or its contractors (Dist D). Attendees without security clearances or need-to-know may only attend the public-release (Distribution A) sessions. Instructions for submitting visit requests are provided below.
Note that all visit requests, via JPAS, DISS, or Visit Request letter, must be received by 3 PM MST on or before
29 January 2021.
DoD Government/ Contractor
Eligibility and access for all DoD government and contractor attendees will be verified via the Joint Personnel Adjudication System
(JPAS) or the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), in accordance to AFI 31-101 and the NISPOM. Please send a visit notification to JPAS or DISS with the following information:

Visit Request Required Information
Visit requests for attendees not having access to JPAS or DISS must be typed and on your company letter head. You should use the format
that is best suited for your operation; however it must contain all applicable information below. The visit request must be signed
by your security office/manager as to verify your employment and clearance status. Without this signature, the visit request is
invalid and will not be processed. All visit requests must be faxed. Visitors can not hand carry their own visit request.
- Full name of attendee
- Job title/position
- Your company name, address, and phone number
- Last 4 of security number
- Date of birth, place of birth, and citizenship
- Clearance level and date granted
- POC: Katherine Gonzales
- Purpose of visit: To attend the 2021 DEPS/ITEA Conference
- Date of visit: 1-4 February 2021
- Name and signature of your security manager

Limited Distribution Sessions
Government employees will be admitted to the appropriate level of Limited Distribution sessions after successfully completing the two-step security verification process. A link to the virtual security check-in desk/ lobby, will be distributed the Friday or Saturday before the event, with additional access links provided AFTER check-in.
All persons without clearance wishing to attend the Limited Distribution sessions
must submit a Visit Request Letter as follows. The request must (1) be on company letterhead, (2) be signed by your
company FSO, immediate supervisor, or program manager, (3) identify you by name as a company employee, (4) state
your citizenship, (5) include the last four of your social security number, and (6) state that you
work on either Government or DoD contracts that give you have a valid "need-to-know" of Limited C, or Limited C and D
information to be presented at the Joint DEPS/ITEA Conference. Email the letter to Kat@deps.org or
fax the letter to (505) 998-4917.
Note: persons submitting their security clearance for attendance at the classified sessions will be admitted to the
Limited Distribution sessions without additional paperwork. You do not need to submit this visit request.
